Overall Satisfaction with Cisco Webex Meetings

This is the primary method we use for doing online meetings. We have found it to meet our needs when it comes to video conferencing. My team often uses it for many different meetings with members of the team that are in different places. It is feature-rich and works well for our needs.

  • Faster plugins.
  • Cost is reasonable.
  • Easy to use.
There has been no need to work with Cisco support on Webex. It is that simple to use. That being said having worked with Cisco support several times in the past I have no doubts that TAC support would respond with a timely and workable solution. They are great to use.
This is not widely adopted at the moment but the offices that are using it are quite happy. I would expect that we would continue to grow our deployment of WebEx and hopefully add some of the meeting room tools that work well with this system. That is the next area of growth for us.
  • Office 365
Office 365 / Outlook has worked well. The plugin could be a little faster but it is not a major issue.
  • Zoom
These are the two best products on the market and both work well. I find that Cisco has a slight lead. I like how Cisco is simple to use both with the app and via the web. Meetings are easy to set up and most of our users have used it before.
This scales very easily. Most video conference tools have this.
I have never experienced a performance issue with WebEx. This is a big deal that not every company can say this. I am very impressed with this and how WebEx and Cisco have maintained this. This is my first choice for a reason and I am happy to see when others use this.
This is a great product!
I strongly believe that it is the best option that is out there. We have used competitors and they are just not as strong. Some are close but most are not. We like the simplicity that this offers. The face to face meetings are so simple to set up. Screen sharing and control are good to have too.

Cisco Webex Experience

WebEx is a leader when it comes to this, and I am impressed. Cisco WebEx may not be #1 with user-friendliness but they make up for a with how well the software works once you are in it. Cisco WebEx is clearly an industry leader when it comes to this and other seem to model it.
I love the messaging system this allows. My entire team is on teams for internal communication. It is outstanding and simple to use. This is something that I believe has more room to grow, but this is very strong. This is something I am considering for the entire campus because of the success.
I think WebEx has been a leader when it comes to security. I see Zoom and others picking up on a lot of what they started. WebEx knows who they are and being under the Cisco umbrella give extra confidence that this continues to be developed with security in mind.

Using Cisco Webex Meetings

10 - Its been used by the IT staff to the Presidents office to the board. This has been used for class meetings to board meetings. We have found positive use on many fronts and the consensus has been positive. I would love to deploy this tool throughout the school.
2 - My helpdesk team is more than capable of address any issues that arise with WebEx. We would love to do more with WebEx rooms and I anticipate that we can support those internal as well with very little difficulty. This is not a difficult system to support and my team's skills can handle it.
