Overall Satisfaction with Webex Meetings
Our whole organization uses Webex Meetings to collaborate within the team, across teams, and with clients and customers. It solves a lot of our problems that come under the same category of collaboration and communication. It is always hard to have a perfect collaboration tool with a distributed team, and with Webex tools, this problem is mitigated.
- Video conferencing.
- White board in order to share ideas.
- Share screen with screen write which is particularly good in order to explain any point.
- Remote control access.
- Translation/captions.
- Live streaming with multiple platforms at the same time.
- Company presence.
- Increase in number of projects.
- Increase in number of clients.
- Microsoft Teams, Skype and Zoom
I think the main point is easy to use, without much complexity, along with proper and easy-to-follow documentation. Other tools that we have used and integrate with had higher complexity with not very proper documentation.
