Presently using Microsoft Teams. I personally feel WebEx meetings are more value for money and experience rich.

Reliability and Availability

Haven’t faced any server down issues or audio issues. Very minor glitches here and there. But overall a good product.

A scenario where a quick meeting is needed. It’s really easy to set up a call and invite users. Especially with this WFH scenario, lowering the background noises and giving clarity to the user's voice is very nicely done. I’m not sure if there is a WebEx lite. But that’s a good option to start with limited but useful features.
