Use Cases and Deployment Scope

Webex [Meetings] is used for daily scrum meetings in our project, I don't know about other projects in my organization. Also, we use Webex [Meetings] for one-to-one doubt clearing sessions as well, we have also [used] [Webex Meetings] for casual weekend fun chats. The user interface [is] really good when compared with other applications.

Pros and Cons

Creating meeting id is really easy
We can access the meeting link [in] different ways (meeting ids, numbers, etc.)
User interface is really good

Sometimes we are able to unmute after 2 to 3 taps, don't know whether it is my network issue.
We can have separate meeting themes for formal, casual, etc.
Keeping mandatorily the mute and video off button ON will be fine.

Return on Investment

As it is easy accesss and quick, the meeting time shortens

Alternatives Considered

Skype for Business (formerly Lync) and now part of Microsoft Teams

Webex [Meetings] is user [friendly] and quick when compared to Skype, and Webex [Meetings] has more options when compared to Skype.

Webex Meetings is well suited during formal meetings in my project like scrum meetings, retrospective meetings, etc., also Webex Meetings is useful during informal meetings as well like one to one doubt clearing sessions, even during online training sessions where there [are still] at least 25 members present, also during casual fun chats with friends.
