Use Cases and Deployment Scope

I use Webex Meetings to meet with clients over weekly calls. We also sometimes use quick meetings at the last minute, and I am able to send the links to Webex Meetings to my clients so they can join quickly. We discuss project status and any questions which arises for our projects. Webex Meetings helps discussing the detail with the client over calls.

Pros and Cons

Pros

Screenshare: We have to screenshare to show the details of the project updates. Webex Meetings has good features when it comes to screenshare
Call recording: The recording helps to listen to the conversations later and it also helps for the other team members who were not able to join on the calls
AI: With the help of AI feature, it's easier to review transcripts and notes out of our meetings which helps creating quick notes

Cons

Drive integration: It would be nice if I can sync meeting recording and notes to Google Drive document automatically

Meetings has got better
Recordings has helped us a lot to share with the team
Overall a positive experience, which helped improve transparency regarding the status of projects with the clients

Webex Meetings comes with good quality and easier to manage from the user experience point of view. It's easy for our team to learn and start using quickly without much training so it makes an easy to use application. The features including recordings, screenshare, AI makes it a really great product to manage the meetings.

Likelihood to Recommend

I would say all the voice meetings we do, are well suited with Webex Meetings. Especially scheduled meetings. When I am driving, I prefer not to use Webex calls. But when I am in a meeting room, its best to be using Webex Meetings for the calls. Also it's great to send invites to attendees prior to the calls.
