Overall Satisfaction with Webexpenses

Webexpenses is being used as the expense management system across our whole organisation. It was implemented in early 2020 to improve our process which was paper based and prone to errors. Now we can see what stage every claim is at and we can see clearly who has authorised each claim.

Pros

  • Technology - use of mobiles, laptops, desktops etc.
  • Ease of use for authorising parties - you no longer need to be in the office for physical signature.
  • Reasonably priced.

Cons

  • Multiple authorisers for when 2 or more are on holiday (currently only have 2 levels).
  • More capability to customise - add data collection from claimants.
  • Reduced time burden outweighs cost overall.
A sound product.
No issues so far, good project management on set up
Well suited to most unless you have employees with no email access.

    Hi there, Thank you for your feedback. We are pleased to hear that you have had a positive experience using our system and features! We support up to 6 levels of approval before reaching the Accounts team using our "Multi-Approver" feature. In the case of approvers on leave, you would need to setup Proxy access so another approver can access the selected approver's account and approve the claim on their behalf.
