Overall Satisfaction with Webexpenses

Used across the whole organisation to replace our old expense claims system.
  • Simple, intuitive interface.
  • Easy to navigate.
  • Simple to add relevant info and attach files.
  • Lots of new page loads?
  • Enabled to me quickly submit a claim.
Intuitive layout made it easy to fill in.
I haven't needed support thus far.
I haven't yet, although several of the relevant fields were helpfully pre-populated.
I have previously used home-grown expense claim systems at several organisations. Even simple claims have been fiddly to submit, but Webexpenses seems to be well built to make things easy.

For simple claims, it seems fast and straightforward. I've not yet used it for a complex claim.
