Overall Satisfaction with Webexpenses

Used throughout the whole organisation. This platform is deployed to all employees at our company for expenses. It is great from a point of view of having a took to submit expenses that isn't spreadsheets, etc. and the sign-off process is nice and slick, can be quick.

Pros

  • Quick sign-off through line managers and finance.
  • Web-based platform.
  • Easy navigation.

Cons

  • Very clunky.
  • Needs constant refreshing.
  • Long and difficult process for adding receipts.
  • Time taken to complete - negative.
  • Sign-off is much quicker and easier - positive.
  • Submitting an expense is easy, is can just be time-consuming - positive & negative.
Clunky and a lot of time is required. The interface is easy to follow and simple but the back-end can make the whole process very lengthy, being kicked out and slow when processing. People want this to be quick and easy, especially in sales where there can be so many to input.
Lengthy process. I did not purchase the system but for me it is all about having a quick and simple process for big expenses claims.

It is easier than using an Excel sheet and has the potential to be great. It is just very clunky and takes so much time. It can kick you out a few times and require a refresh in order to submit an expense. The overall usability is easy it can just be frustrating and time-consuming to submit a lot of expenses in one go. The side bar on the right that shows the expenses raised can also be hard to read and scroll through.
