Overall Satisfaction with Webexpenses

It is used for interns to receive weekly food allowances and travel expenses. We upload our receipts and add the details to our claims and then weekly submit them for approval then they get paid in by finance. It addresses the problem of Volunteer and intern workers requiring living expense payments.

  • It crashes often.
  • It logs me out often.
  • Glitchy.
It crashes and glitches often. It logs me out and I have to login through my laptop and scan the QR code and add my device all over again which is inconvenient and annoying. It also takes a long time to load company data and is a slow running app which all equates to its quality.
Submitting claims for food budgets and travel expenses. I haven’t used it for more than this but I don’t believe my company uses it for official invoices. Just for paying budgets for unpaid employees.

Not appropriate for food shops as adding each receipt details is long winded. You have to add the country / location three separate times on each receipt which takes a long time as well as adding the date, descriptions and type of expense which it is. I feel like you should be able to save these settings because adding 5+ receipts every week and inputting the same details over and over is long.
