Webexpenses tabs are easy to follow, from the home page all through to the Claim page. Approvers get notifications almost immediately and claimers are notified of updates for any follow-up actions. Very easy to report on historical claims and can filter a list of claims based on their status. Webexpenses also provides archiving features that could help organizations for audit purposes.

Webexpenses "My Claim" page layout is really good, it provides a summary of all claims and their respective status (open, submitted, approved, etc), so easy to navigate through the tabs for details in each category. The process of submitting and approving Claims is really quick and straightforward, you can search the approver list really quickly as well. I will recommend this software to any organization that wants to improve productivity for the Claim process and also make life easier for their staff.
