A No-Brainer Decision

We use Acquia DAM (Widen) as our asset management tool for all digital assets across the company. Before Acquia DAM (Widen), our digital assets across the whole company were scattered across countless locations, with no shared visibility into everything. Not everyone had access to all the drives where digital assets were stored, so we would have to rely on others to pull what we needed. And even if you did have access to the drive, it would be difficult to locate specific files since there was no way to lookup files by metadata--we would just have to go into the folders blindly and hope we find the file. Not only is Acquia DAM (Widen) a useful asset management tool for us, we also use it to create visually-striking custom portals that we can then utilize both internally and externally.

Acquia DAM (Widen) has allowed us to have a central location to publish our existing brand materials and new materials that our design team creates. It has also allowed us to easily access older assets that still have a lot of value, but were put at the back of our minds since they were so difficult to find before.
