Use Cases and Deployment Scope

Super happy with WiseStamp so far. It was easy enough to set up. The support team is fabulous and quick to respond. All instructions are easy to follow. I would definitely recommend if you want to create professional looking signatures and consistency across your company.

The technical support team is fabulous!

Lots of options for how the signature can look. You can do something really simple or something really creative.

Cons

Would love it if it were adaptable to Zoho CRM. But the HTML signature works fine for now.
Would be nice if the signature setup was more automatic. Currently, it's only really automatic on google mail. For iphone, iMail, etc., it was a little harder to set up and not as easy to update.

Return on Investment

Employees were receptive to the change to new signatures and see the value in it.
Customers and other businesses have commented on our signatures and asked how we got them to look so good - we told them WiseStamp of course!

Usability

It's very user friendly for someone who works on computers daily. Some of our guys needed help with set up. Especially for things like iphone, or setting up the HTML signature in the CRM. We were a little disappointed after signing up, to learn that it wasn't quite as automatic as we were lead to believe. But the support team was fabulous and made it easy for us in the end. If we want to make a change to the signatures it means asking every employee to make the updates on all their devices. I don't think we'll be making updates often for this reason, and it also means we likely wont be using the campaign feature often.

Alternatives Considered

Fiverr

We reached out to someone on Fiverr to see if we could just get a cut and paste signature. It didn't end up looking as good as WiseStamp and still have the employee the ability to be as creative as they wanted. We needed more control than that so WiseStamp was a better solution for us.

Likelihood to Recommend

WiseStamp is perfect for companies trying to create consistency and display a professional image. It is appropriate for large and small companies. We have about 10 employee and everyone had a different signature, and some employees were using personal instagram accounts in their links instead of the company instagram page. Now everyone has the same signature and the same business links. Employees only have as much flexibility as we allow them to have, and nothing extra can be added by them. It's been a perfect solution for us.
