Overall Satisfaction with Wistia

Wistia provides training and information videos to both clients and employees. The use of videos enables us to get uniform information distributed in a consistent way and make certain that our message is heard in the correct way.

Pros

  • Wistia enables us to organize videos into "projects." That's helpful from an organization standpoint.
  • Wistia makes it extremely easy to upload and then sort videos by the project with which you are working.
  • It is extremely easy to embed videos into your website. Easy cut and paste

Cons

  • The variety of players is limited for paid users. I would like to see more offerings.
  • We have been able to cut training costs in half! We no longer need to travel to satellite locations for training.
  • We've eliminated "cold calls" substituted them with planned video exchanges of information.
Wistia is much easier to use than Vimeo!
Wistia seems to be on a robust platform. I've never had an issue with speed.
Wistia is intuitive and very easy to use.
This was perhaps the easiest integration we've ever implemented. Super easy to get up and running.
Wistia is perfect for conveying your product or service to new and existing customers. You can elaborate in a detailed fashion to clarify intricate product or service details.
