Overall Satisfaction with Wistia

We use Wistia for video hosting, lead capture, and analytics. We love the platform and have relied on it for as long as we've been around. Their team is committed to constantly improving their product, and they provide an amazing example of thought leadership and customer success. We are grateful Wistia serves so well!

Wistia is leaps and bounds ahead of other companies with their customizable players, CTAs, analytics, and more. Wistia is robust, yet simple, and at the end of the day, the team provides a delightful user experience. Their integration with HubSpot is clean and works as it should. We're very happy with our choice and haven't looked back.
We've rarely had any trouble with Wistia, and if we have, their team is quick to respond and offer a fix. The software functions like it's supposed to, which is a breath of fresh air in a lot of ways. The HubSpot integration, especially, is really useful and has never caused any problems.
Wistia is easy to learn—the interface is intuitive, and the features are straightforward. We've onboarded a number of new people to the team in the past year, and Wistia is one of the few software programs that doesn't take long at all to explain. It just works the way you'd expect it to work.
We really love Wistia's HubSpot integration, though we wish it were less expensive. It provides a ton of valuable data that we can make actionable through automation which is why the cost, though steep, is ultimately worth it. Besides Wistia's HubSpot integration, we haven't had the opportunity to use others, though I imagine they're similar in terms of development.
If you have the budget for video hosting and analytics software, I couldn't recommend Wistia more highly. It's a delightful platform to use and it provides us with so much insight into our videos. It helps us convert a larger percentage of our traffic into valuable leads. We're very happy with Wistia.
