Overall Satisfaction with WooCommerce
We use WooCommerce to manage the ecommerce side of our business. Roughly 20% of our purchases are made online, so we needed a system where we could list and update our inventory for our customers to choose from. Aside from this, we also use it to collect feedback & requests, and to run our blog
- There are a lot of layout options for vertical images.
- It has low comission rates
- It's easy to pick up and integrate with other mainstream tools
- The listings are very easily updatable
- I find it a bit expensive, especially compared to some of its newer competitors
- It doesn't have as much technical documentation as other tools like Shopify
- There aren't a lot of plugins for it
- It's enabled us to send our cart quitters to our CRM
- It helped us et new products to our customers faster
They're very similar to be honest, but from our experience and what I've seen online, WooCommerce seems to have better performance and pricing. I think they probably match in quality for most other features
