Overall Satisfaction with WordPress

We use Wordpress to host our website and CRM. We are excited about using it as a CRM because the fields and possibilities are endless and it can be custom-tailored to our needs. The website is also very easy to update, change, and post on. Wordpress is very user-friendly and intuitive to use.

Again, it is very easy and intuitive to use. I do wish it had a chat or support feature though. Or better access to learning tutorials

Wordpress is super easy to use and update your website. Creating the CRM has been more challenging, but will be worth it. I also really wish Wordpress had a better chat or support feature to guide me through basic updates or changes I'd like to make so I don't have to ask our web developer for help. Wordpress integrations are also great.
