Overall Satisfaction with WordPress VIP
Our organization uses WordPress VIP as our primary hosting platform for our B2B marketing websites. Our reason for moving to WPVIP was to unify all our websites under one platform that would help us manage WordPress and give us the level of support, security, and scalability one would expect at any enterprise level. I have used WordPress for years and being able to have it accessible at the enterprise level is what WPVIP has made happen. Our content and campaign production is significantly more efficient and our overhead on website maintenance has decreased. We can now spend that budget on producing higher quality content and features on our sites that drive our business to the next level.
- Email support is more than enough! They are quick and always responsive even when there are urgent problems.
- Manages our WordPress codebase for security patches and updates rather well.
- Their partnership with our development team has helped us be hands-off with confidence when it comes to fixing any bugs.
- Having email-only support sometimes is cause for concern within leadership. If there is an opportunity for phone support we would probably consider that. It may already be an option I am unaware of.
- WordPress VIP has helped us reduce our hosting cost.
- With the enterprise features WordPress VIP offers we have all our brands on WordPress now which helps cut our website management and development costs significantly.
- Reduced concerns from leadership on the stability of our hosting platform.

Our team manages 4 different brands' websites and before WordPress VIP we were using multiple different hosts including DreamHost and AWS. These were convoluted and didn't offer the enterprise features for our organization that WP VIP was capable of. We also considered Pantheon, but they were not Wordpress-centric enough for the direction we were going.
