Overall Satisfaction with Workday Human Capital Management

It is deployed across the whole company and it allows for planning and alignment amongst the business. We use it to create REQs and get everyone's approval. We use it for our normal HR functions.

  • Organization.
  • It needs to integrate with other systems.
  • It's not the easiest to use.
  • It's not the most intuitive.
  • More productive.
  • It allows HR to be more efficient.
  • It's an easy system to manage, compared to older systems.
I've never really used their support, but my HR partners say it's good.
