Workday streamlines my "work day" experience!
Overall Satisfaction with Workday Human Capital Management
Workday [Human Capital Management] is used across our entire organization. It is used for multiple purposes. I specifically use Workday Human Capital Management for goal setting, quarterly check-ins, requesting paid time off, reviewing payslips, managing paid time off balances, and other items related to human resources. In addition to the standard human resources tasks, I also use Workday for submitting requisitions to obtain purchase orders for our vendors.
Pros
- Streamlined platform that is useful across multiple business units
- User-friendly dashboard
- Excellent integration for financial and human resources-related tasks
Cons
- The search tool could always use improvement
- Time off balance can be confusing
- More integrations could be useful
- Paid time off requests and balances
- Payslips
- Purchase/financial management
- Provides a streamlined platform usable by the entire workforce
- Integrates multiple work functions into one system
- Scalable system
Unfortunately, I do not recall the brands of the other human capital management software programs or tools I used at my current company or workplaces prior. I do think that is a testament to Workday with its strong branding and compelling features. I was not part of the selection process of Workday but have enjoyed my experience.
