Overall Satisfaction with Workday Human Capital Management

I used this at my older workplace & it helped solve a heap of HR issues. Workday came at the right time.
  • HR tracking.
  • What compensation each employee gets.
  • Super clean & easy to use.
  • More integration.
  • More countries to be introduced.
  • Should be a global introduction to all companies.
  • Clean interface.
  • Notification when needed the most.
  • Time tracking and recruitment.
  • It had become a centralised system that solved many issues we had then.
  • It analyzed a lot of data which we could not before.
  • Eagle eye view over people & their dates off.
They are almost similar, to be honest. But because Workday was introduced to me first, I learned a lot from this software. Lattice comes close, but I think Workday was way easier to use.

Workday was suited to at few different situations. One of them being: - when I was a startup - it made sure everything was in place & to make sure everything was covered - When I was at a mid-size company, another system was already present & now it was time to change.
