Overall Satisfaction with Wrike

Wrike is being used in our department, specifically. It helps us to better manage our projects and work load. We are more efficient, more productive, and less stressed by using the tools that Wrike has to offer.
  • It shows you a timeline of all your projects and where they fall on the calendar, giving you a big-picture view.
  • Everyone can use it at the same time and contribute to make it work really well.
  • It can be difficult to use at first. It takes practice.
  • Not always user-friendly.
  • Can send many pointless notification emails that don't tell you anything
  • We have had faster completion of projects and fewer missed items.
  • None
We picked Wrike based on a recommendation and have not tried any other products.
Wrike is well suited if the tasks are recurring and don't change much. For projects with varying degrees of tasks, it can be more of a pain to set up.

Using Wrike

10 - Various production employees ranging from videographers and editors to audio technicians and managers. We mostly utilize Wrike to ensure that pre-production and post-production on video projects is done efficiently.
10 - People who are organized and have a vested interest in the successful completion of projects.
  • video projects
  • pre-production processes
  • audio recordings
  • more accurate time logging
We are committed to Wrike at this point. We are only improving our use of it, so there is no reason to look elsewhere.

Wrike Implementation

Stick with it and resist the temptation to slack in your use of project management software.
