Overall Satisfaction with Wrike
We use Wrike for the whole company throughout all our teams. It is the best project management tool for team collaboration. The user interface is easy to understand and easy to use, which makes Wrike and easy to use tool.

- Task Management, because of it's simple UI.
- No option to enter billable and non billable hours.
- Wrike increases collaboration with the sense of a social network environment.
- When you have questions for the Wrike team, they can contact you so quickly, so they can solve your problem easily.
There is a lack of features in Smartsheet, but in Wrike all the features that are needed for task management are available. In Wrike we can extend the task description, assign resources faster, and it improves the collaboration environment of team.
