We are using Wrike in the IT and Media departments to track tasks for a new website, media productions, and IT tasks.

Using Wrike
The media division with Video producing, web development, script writing, editing, project management, and bug fixing. The web with article assignments, editing, blog writing, and other misc tasks.
5 - We have a person that is in charge of billing for the app. And a few other people that are experts using the app that can answer questions. We also have a few people that are in charge of inviting new people on to our subscription and making sure we dont run out of account space.

Yes - The new app works great. They had a older app that barely functioned, but this new one is slick and usable.
