Overall Satisfaction with Wrike

Wrike as a tool for Project Management is great. It is very easy for integration, manage and track a lot of projects. I haven't used the widgets much, but the reviews suggest they are great. Drag and drop, email into Wrike and notifications make it a great versatile tool.

Gantt Chart is a great feature too with possibility of setting dependencies.
  • Tasks are organized into folders and makes it easy to be segregated.
  • Adding other contributors to the task makes it easy.
  • Time tracking is an awesome feature. Add time against the tasks as we progress. This helps during reporting purposes.

I have used only MS Project during my work. Wrike stands out in a lot features. It's a pretty easy to use tool. No detailed training required to start using Wrike. Web interface makes it very easy to manage it from any workstation or location. Gantt charts and mapping out dependencies is just as easy as it can get.
In comparison to MS Project, I felt this is a more versatile and easy to use tool for project management. Wrike organizes tasks into folders for segregation. Assigning tasks to colleagues is a lot easier. Every time a task is modified, all the assigned are notified. Updates can be emailed into Wrike. Time reporting is excellent.
