Overall Satisfaction with Wrike

My company currently uses Wrike as a project management tool across the company in order to manage over 50 clients and generally 200-300+ work orders a week.
  • Wrike can be extremely customized to fit your needs by the way you interpret the tool.
  • Wrike is great at staying organized across a variety of projects, clients and type of work.
  • Wrike is great at being able to collaborate with outside users including task assignment and timeline views.
  • Wrike doesn't allow you to put in a "time allotment" for your tasks. You can track your time on a task, but you can't tell someone to only spend 2 hours on the task and then understand if you are over/under hour budget.
  • There are some challenges with Wrike when using it for more than one company and across multiple departments including how to manage a "production traffic queue."
  • Reporting is helpful but not robust.
  • Definitely helps make sure projects are getting done with the right scheduling.
  • Can increase efficiencies by duplicating tasks that are reoccurring.
Hard to say about it being well suited or less appropriate. It's really a matter of what are you trying to accomplish and how can you make the tool work for you. You can easily come up with different "out of the box" solutions to make all things work but I would say that if you are looking for ways for this tool to help with billable hours to time management, it does lack there.
