Overall Satisfaction with Wrike

We are using it as a collaborative tools among different internal and external teams who have to implement campaigns for clients.
  • Ability to create timelines
  • Ability to create tasks and organize your campaigns
  • Impossible to find documents that you have attached in previous tasks
  • very difficult to look holistically at the campaign level as you only focus on your own tasks.
  • Once a task is completed it disappears and so all your documents you attached to it.
We asked for support via email and we were referred to a page on a site which still did not resolve the issue. I had to troubleshoot the issue myself.

As I said, it is great if you want to drop all documents in regards to a campaign or projects in one place - Think about vendor invoices, forms, copywriting documents. At least you know it is there if you need to document later.
However, it is all over the place, it is not intuitive - Things disappear, they are hard to find and you never get a sense of the holistic project.
