Overall Satisfaction with Wrike
Wrike is currently only being used in the IT department/organisation. It is used to plan/log projects as well as prioritising when an ad-hoc task is discovered. Many use Wrike as a form of communication of a project's status.
Pros
- Prioritising to-do lists
- Communicating progress
- Dashboards to view other's workload
Cons
- Ambiguous between tasks/projects/tags/folders
- Layout can seem cluttered and confusing
- Requires all other collegues to be utilising in a similar way
Would probably prefer to use Trello or Drive personally, but due to department already using Wrike I started to learn how to use it. The organisation is now adopting O365 on a wider scale and I'm not sure Wrike will be able to keep up with Microsoft's developments. These products all require a community of workers to get the full benefit so I cannot review how the stack against each other.
Do you think Wrike delivers good value for the price?
Not sure
Are you happy with Wrike's feature set?
Yes
Did Wrike live up to sales and marketing promises?
I wasn't involved with the selection/purchase process
Did implementation of Wrike go as expected?
I wasn't involved with the implementation phase
Would you buy Wrike again?
No
