Overall Satisfaction with Wrike

Wrike is used as a project management tool across our entire organization. It is easy to use, so many teams use it to track their work. I have seen it used to track ongoing, long-term projects using Gantt charts to managing day-to-day operations. It addresses issues ranging from coordinating product builds to onboarding employees to tracking safety and non-conformance reports.
  • Creating unique workflows is very easy, so we can customize our spaces to accommodate many different departments.
  • We extensively use forms to populate many of our folders with requests (from purchasing to production builds), and we can customize the forms so that we have all the information required to address the issue.
  • Gantt charts are easy to create and manipulate.
  • Creating tables within tasks to hold information is very useful, but deleting rows or information in a cell is full of bugs and is frustrating to fix.
  • The reports are now hiding in the personal folder and is not as easy to find.
  • The priority does not show up in table view, so we have built our own priority column.
  • Approvals. We use approvals for various processes and the approvals feature has made it easy for everyone to keep track of the status of tasks.
  • Dashboards/My To Do. There's many tasks in various spaces that I work on. Seeing everything in one place really helps me and my manager prioritize my work.
  • Inbox. Getting notifications for tasks that I follow is important for me to stay up to date.
  • Cross-country collaboration is significantly easier. No more long email chains or unnecessary meetings!
  • This tool allows people to manage projects remotely.
I was not part of the selection team to choose Wrike, but Wrike seems like a more complete solution for more processes than just simple task management. We have put management of many company processes in Wrike and it handles it all really well. One feature that I think Wrike handles well against the others is that tasks can be tagged into multiple locations and that is tracked into the task history. There is a way for me to keep track of a task and move it around my space without it affecting another colleague's Gantt chart.

Do you think Wrike delivers good value for the price?

Yes

Are you happy with Wrike's feature set?

Yes

Did Wrike live up to sales and marketing promises?

Yes

Did implementation of Wrike go as expected?

I wasn't involved with the implementation phase

Would you buy Wrike again?

Yes

I think Wrike is very versatile and easy to use, so I would definitely recommend it to anyone who needs project management.

It is well suited for our R&D builds management. We view all units in a table view and attach tasks to it. Everyone has a single point of truth about priority, assignees, and tasks.

It is less suited for managing meeting minutes. We make tasks for our meeting notes, but this can add unnecessary tasks into a complicated Gantt chart. I would prefer if spaces or folders could have a separate location to hold these notes.
