Overall Satisfaction with Wrike
Currently Wrike is being used in our Enterprise - Customer Success Division. We use it to manage all of our multi-location projects. By using Wrike, other Departments such as our Education Team, Conversions Team, etc. are able to view where we are at with each project. We are also able to tag an employee in a task we need them to complete for that specific project. It keeps everything extremely organized and everyone in communication constantly.
- Task Management. In each project, you are able to create phases and tasks per each phase. Managing a project in Wrike and it's tasks is extremely easy.
- Knowing the Status of a project. If any other department needs to know where we are at with one of our enterprise projects, they can easily look at the Wrike task and see where we have left off with each client.
- Reports. We have been working with a Wrike Rep for some time to get reports created that we can use to pull from for our leadership team. however I do feel that more reports can be created or maybe us have the ability to create our own reports.
- At times, depending on how many phases you have in a project, the project can look a little busy and overwhelming. maybe somehow making it a little easier on the eye.
- Project/phase/task creation.
- My to-do list.
- Blueprints.
- Positive: interdepartmental communication.
- Positive: documentation.
- Positive: being able to survey clients and obtain feedback to know how we did along the project.
- Salesforce Lightning Platform (formerly Salesforce App Cloud)
We currently use both Salesforce and Wrike. Not our entire company has access to Wrike or have a reason to use it at this point. Some of our employees uses Salesforce for account management of single locations. We also have our ticketing system in Salesforce with our Support Department.
