Overall Satisfaction with Wrike
We use Wrike for all projects, campaigns, and tasks. It allows us to be on the same page, coordinate, and streamline requests. For example, all email or creative needs must come through a Wrike ticket before they can be worked on. This ensures that we are following one system/process and not accidentally silo-ing our efforts.
Pros
- Project management.
- Calendaring.
- Tasks.
- Dashboards.
Cons
- Planning campaigns - it's not a great tool for marketing plans.
- Easier request templates (or provide more templates).
- Creative brief templates.
- Auto create multi tasks when copying a list (Asana does this nicely).
- Project planning.
- Task tracking.
- Dates and deadlines.
- Great, worth the investment so far.
We switched to Asana because of the project managers. They wanted more robust capabilities and reporting. As an end-user, it has taken me a couple of years to come to appreciate the power. I still think Asana is more intuitive and user-friendly but I really appreciate the power and scale that Wrike provides.
