Overall Satisfaction with Wrike
Wrike is used throughout the organization. It is the main project management software responsible for interdepartmental communication and task management. Requests are submitted whenever a contributor needs work completed from outside of their own job responsibilities. Marketing uses Wrike to communicate with operations, creative, and other departments. The approvals feature is used for executives to sign off on projects and upcoming promotions. It also serves as a way to keep track of budgets and acts as an audit trail for projects.

Wrike does everything fairly well. The other products do their specific thing very effectively, but lacked some of the overall functionality for the entire organization. In fact, I personally really liked using Asana for personal project management. But Wrike had better features for interdepartmental task requests and project approvals. Trello was more used for simple projects that always had a clear set of steps. Wrike allows for much more customization of projects and easier assignment of tasks.
