Overall Satisfaction with Wrike
We use Wrike to organize all incoming projects and tasks from internal stakeholders. We host a variety of events, which we make projects in Wrike and then the tasks all lead up to the day of the event. This helps us with forward planning on marketing materials and also allows our team to stay organized with Wrike's built-in My To-Do List feature. We use a weekly report to see what tasks and projects are overdue/need attention. This helps managers see what their employees are struggling with.
- Organize workload by due date.
- Reports can be customized by assignee.
- Customization of request forms.
- Request form management is time-intensive. Need to be able to copy pages within forms or whole forms.
- Parent Tasks and Children Tasks need to be treated differently because they are used very differently.
- Automation bot needs more customization.
- Projects.
- Request forms.
- Workflows.
- Improved workload management.
- Caused more confusion between departments who aren't regular users of Wrike.
- Time stamped notifications and real time comments.
