Overall Satisfaction with Wrike
We used Wrike at my company as a way to manage incoming marketing requests, campaigns, and graphic/asset requests between departments. It was a tool for individuals to submit requests, and for back and forth communication to exist in one central location that everyone could access if needed (instead of through email).
- Alerts of new communication or changes to a request
- Organization of requests through tagging
- Grouping requests for larger campaigns
- Keeping everything centrally located
- Adding notes and allowing robust internal communication
- It's a little intimidating for new users, but once in it, it is easy to use
- Adding files from you phone through the app is a little cumbersome
- tagging for campaign organization
- being able to assign individuals to a request and having internal conversation
- keeping a robust record of past campaigns and housing all drafts for future reference
- Managed 15-20 daily inbound requests
- organized 12-15 yearly campaigns within wrike
We chose Wrike because of its ability to integrate with email and its robust mobile app which allowed you to add photos and make comments from your phone. Our team members that worked in the hospitals always had their phones on them, but rarely had access to their desktop computers. Having the app was very important to us and allowed us to be flexible but stay on top of things.
