  • Versioning of documents (Makes sure everyone has the most-recent version of a document).
  • Easy file sharing.
  • Development of Integrations.
  • Some features limited by plan.
  • Learning curve at first use.
  • Communication (Project/Task Feed- All actions are documented and you can @mention users).
  • MS Teams Integration.
  • Forms (Our intake request form).
  • Review Status for approvals.
  • Updated 62 multimedia assets.

From a project's intake to its final completion, Wrike plays a part. We use a form built by Wrike for requests... this form is customizable for your needs. From there a project is created in Wrike and assigned to the Director. The Director makes sure the project is within the scope and is something the team can accomplish. If it is something we can do, they assign an appropriate Team Member to complete the project.

The project will cycle through various statuses and reviews, so the Director and any other key stakeholders, can see the progress and updates. Wrike's file management for projects is helpful to keep all files associated with a project together and easily accessible. Another great feature is versioning. If we had a script created, but made a few tweaks we can upload the newer version and Wrike will archive the old version. Once a project is completed, we archive it into a separate folder. Wrike has reporting capabilities too!

In the beginning, it is a learning curve on how to use it, but once you find a groove... it's super helpful!
