Overall Satisfaction with Wrike
As part of the marketing/communications team, our in-house agency used Wrike as our project management tool to set up campaigns, individual tasks, and share large creative files. Previously, our creative reviews were done by hand and were extremely inefficient. Wrike helped solve that problem and allowed our team to stay on track by setting up team reviews of content, alerting team members of outstanding questions and upcoming projects, and creating an automated flow that supported a team that went from 100% in-office to 100% remote during the pandemic.
Pros
- Ability to create review groups with automated notifications
- Export detailed reports of project statuses
- Upload, share, review, and comment on creative files
Cons
- A lot of the integrations and plug-ins were prone to fail, including Microsoft Outlook and the ability to make comments on web projects
- Mobile functionality could be improved. Challenging to make comments on files.
- Automated workflow
- Logical organization of projects, folders, and tasks
- Reviewing live documents, including Microsoft Office Suite products
- More efficient reporting on all project statuses
- The improved marketing review process
- Stronger ability to share with external teams, such as compliance
