Overall Satisfaction with Wrike
Wrike allows our growing team to bring projects to one location, increasing our level of communication which in turn, has provided visibility and accountability for meeting deadlines and for providing the necessary details needed for completing a project. It provides the ability to send approvals to guest reviewers, allows for the creation of Blueprints which are basically templates that can be used for recurring/similar projects, and has the ability to run reports that have been useful for our team in knowing what projects are past due, on hold, canceled, completed, at the printer, etc. Wrike is even much more than this but can be catered to your specific needs. After using Wrike for just over a year, we continue to learn and find ways on how it can make our teams even more productive. The best thing is that Wrike is intuitive which has been beneficial for our team as we grow and integrate new team members – new team members are able to nearly jump right in!

We only used the free version of Trello, but there is no comparison between the two, really. Trello was user-friendly, but on a much smaller scale compared to Wrike. Trello limited our team the ability to grow as quickly as we are growing, did not allow for an approval process, inability to schedule start and finish dates, had no access to reports, and created more steps in the process. Wrike quickly provided us the opportunity to streamline many processes and continues to provide the ability to streamline as we grow with Wrike's features, tools, and benefits.
