Overall Satisfaction with Wrike
SAML (Security Assertion Markup Language) single sign-on is a feature of this online project management software. It's a safe way to sign in that checks my credentials before I sign in. Wrike also uses the Google Authenticator app to add a second layer of security. I just need to add a passcode to the app, and I am in.
- Insights and detailed analytics to help calculate deliverables.
- Allows two-factor authentication
- Wrike's problems include a hard-to-use interface, a limited mobile app, and a few ways to track projects.
- The platform might cost too much.
- Some integrations, like the one with Outlook, cause notifications to arrive more than an hour late.
- Flexible project templates
- Made things easier to see
- Wrike has good reporting tools that let team leaders see at a glance what everyone on the team is working on and what the status of the project is.
- The interactive Gantt chart is one of Wrike's best features. It has dynamic timelines that show an overview of the project's progress, including the full work scope and any dependencies. It also has a critical path analysis, can work on more than one project at once, and can import files from MS Project.
- Two-factor authentication is a very important tool for online safety.
Gantt charts let me keep track of how my work is going and reschedule my activities.
Wrike Proof is a tool that makes it easier to proofread and give feedback on tasks and projects. It is an excellent file-sharing tool. To share, store, and manage all project-related documents to speed up teamwork, is a fantastic platform.
