Use Cases and Deployment Scope

Wrike is being used as a workflow process for our content and asset creation within the department. It is also used for collaborative workflows with our cross-functional teams within the organization.

Pros and Cons

Tracking of moving pieces of small to extremely complex projects.
Timeline reminders.
Document storage capabilities.

Navigating through the system with new features is awful. If you happen to miss the hundreds of updates, then you are at a loss for how to perform routine tasks.
Signed up for the course for Silver Certification and still is a nightmare to navigate- it messed up my login credentials, and I'm still not able to access the course.

Great tool for managing and stream lining marketing collateral and asset projects.
We have been able to deliver on-time projects 98% of the time. This was certainly not the case prior to using Wrike.
At least a 90% reduction in error rate.

Wrike far exceeded this product due to the specialized tools for marketing teams.

Wrike is an excellent tool if you have an expert user on your team. Trying to set up and navigate updates and tools can be a bit difficult. With an Enterprise account, we were under the impression that we would have a rep that could assist throughout our contract period, but that is not the case. Very high-level communication with no follow-up by Wrike.

Very good tool, but lacks continuity on delivering updates that could really help an organization full utilize the full scope of products.
