Wrike is the way to go to get things done
Overall Satisfaction with Wrike
Wrike is a very good application to use when you need all your information on certain projects all in one place, Everyone on the team is notified and can easily access all the up-to-date information and changes as they happen. I also use Wrike for commercial endorsement spots for spot approvals and revisions that are needed....again all the info you need is in one place that is up to date. I recommend this application system highly as each day we are moving fast and it keeps you in the know.
Pros
- Complete information on the ongoing project
- Each person on the team is notified and can answer back any questions or approvals needed
- Each time it's updated you will receive an email with changes pending.
- I can receive quick updates on spots for approval at different stages from the client.
Cons
- There really isn't anything that I feel is hard to use or missing functionality.
- Quick spot approvals mean orders begin on time and no money is lost .
- Clients require quick answers and when using Wrike, we have the ability to notify the entire team to make quick deadlines to advertising dollars.
I haven't seen these features yet but hope to in the near future. Wrike is a great app for my daily tasks such as production, spot approval , and revisions etc.
I haven't used any other type of program in the past.

Wrike Mobile App
We deal in radio ads , and the reminders and status keeps us with checks and balances of what is due and what is not.
i would say time tracking and approvals
The ease of everyone on the form being emailed so everyone is on board with status and approvals and revisions.
I receive the emails with all the information that i need to move things forward on a daily basis.
Everyone should always be on board on special projects. Due dates are very important and it seems we get more work done.
not really. We use it the way it was intended for our office flow
