Overall Satisfaction with Wrike
We had problems organizing activities, and we need software for the creation and management of tickets. We started a pilot project in two business areas. Wrike allowed us to resolve all of the problems very comfortably and on time. We now have organized and timely activities and interact with our colleagues through the platform.
Pros
- Activity scheduling.
- Priority activities, projects.
- Resource allocation and management.
Cons
- Automation management.
- Simplification of form implementation.
- Management and planning of activities.
- Clear and intuitive user interface.
- Management and entry of tickets.
- Process optimization.
- Budget management.
- Management and prioritization of activities.
We chose Wrike after careful software selection with three other products. The goal is to identify and define a working standard for greater efficiency during the definition, planning, execution, monitoring, and finalization of products. Wrike proved to be the best and easiest tool to use for all of these issues.

Wrike Feature Ratings
Wrike Implementation
- Implemented in-house
Yes - Our approach has been to activate wrike in 2 business areas to start managing tasks and workflows. We are now evaluating the next steps, buying more licenses for other business areas. Step by step we have seen the strengths and weaknesses of the software, and above all how the various company figures moved on the new tool that we have activated.
Change management was a big part of the implementation and was well-handled - For us it was important to start with a pilot project during the implementation of wrike because it was certainly not easy to involve all the key users having to manage and use a software aimed at project management. We've learned that users need to be involved throughout the implementation and go-live process.
- Convince users of the usefulness of the software
- Tell users that wrike is not a control tool
- Bring everyone into a perspective of improvement and activity management
