Overall Satisfaction with Wrike

We use Wrike in our team for project management. We manage multiple international projects, collaborations and events. It allows for detailed planning, transparency across the team, capacity management and eases transition between staff changes. It also provides a great archive of past tasks and projects for reference when repeating projects or when new staff join the team. I love Wrike and can't imagine working without it!
  • Provides quantitative data/information to have conversations with management about your capacity
  • Focuses all communications around tasks and combines them for easy reference when doing tasks (rather than trying to find details in past emails)
  • Allows you to set and spread out priorities across sprints and assign them to each day, so you work with focus and within capacity each day.
  • Allowing the use of html in task comments (although I think your new version might have just addressed this)
  • Allowing the swim lane of completed to show in reverse due date order (it currently shows your oldest tasks at the top of the column which is very un-useful). I'd like to be able to see my most recently completed task at the top of the list
  • the ability to add on hold tasks as dependent tasks
  • an alert to people with predecessor dependent tasks when they are late (to remind them that there are successor tasks waiting for them).
  • Less wasted time in team meetings
  • Less wasted/lost time with team member transitions
  • Less time spent on email (trying to remember/find tasks
I"m more used to wrike because I use it every day at work. I use Clickup at home for my personal life. However, I think they both have similiar funcationalites

Not well suited if your whole team is not using wrike, you need to work with external collaborators and can't add them as users to the platform without using up your user allotment
