Overall Satisfaction with Wrike
I manage several client accounts and use Wrike to track meetings with clients, leave comments, and collaborate with other internal team members within Wrike. I track time within the tool as well. It makes it easy to have all of this information in a single place in which I can communicate with other team members as well.
- Great visibility to comments and progress
- Makes it easy to view project timelines
- Easy to use customizable dashboards and reports
- The request form could have more dropdown options for customization
- Better visibility and collaboration for non-users
- More visualizations on reports, rather than just spreadsheet info
- It has helped become more efficient on change order process with an offshore team
- As a manager it makes it easy to check on task and project progress of team members and leave comments, ask questions
- Using request forms to track PTO has helped increase visibility and awareness for the team
I feel like Wrike is more intuitive to use and train people on. Jira may have more out of the box integration capabilities which could be convenient. Overall Wrike seemed to be more complete and upfront for adoption and successful launch for the team. The terminology obviously varies between products which contributes to learning curves coming from one tool to another.
