Overall Satisfaction with Wrike

we use it daily for task and project management. For example, we have video shoot of the equipment, we use Wrike to assign to the right parties in the organization in order to track the status of each stage from project launch, to production, to test run, QC, and final marketing video shoot.
  • Wrike does well on categorizing using project/folder.
  • Wrike does well on setting up assignees.
  • Wrike does well on setting the due date for tasks
  • Wrike does well on providing all the space for task description
  • Wrike form sometimes will trigger to the wrong assignee or wont be active automatically
  • A bit challenging to create task from Outlook
  • subtask function needs to be more visible on Dashboard
  • Wrike helps to keep track how many tasks has complete during the work week
  • Wrike helps to organize task inquiry through email
  • Wrike helps save time on meeting to discuss what's the detail of the task
monday.com visually is a bit more difficult to navigate compare s to Wrike

Yes

Wrike suits well when the project involve several parties from different departments, and require many stages and level of work. For example, shooting a new designed/manufactured equipment requires R&D stage, production stage, testing stage, QC stage, and finally complete for markting to shoot video.
