Overall Satisfaction with Wrike

I use Wrike to point out issues with our online platform, internal processes, request IT fixes for hardware and software.
  • Project tracking/status
  • Easy to tag other users in comments
  • Easy to navigate
  • from my standpoint and position it's hard to think of anything.
  • Wrike has improve departmental communication
  • Resolutions generally happen much quicker with less confusion

My experience with Wrike has been a very good one overall. It allows me to easily request fixes for issues in many different aspects of our business. Generally speaking, these are typically IT related. Tracking the progress of a specific project/fix is very important and Wrike nails this functionality. Adding others to a particular project is also very easy. Wrike has definitely improved communication with issues that need to be addressed or fixed and the turnaround time of those resolutions.
