Overall Satisfaction with Wrike

Wrike is used as part of the non-conformance management process. Persons with action items are tagged and progress monitored on Wrike.

Pros

  • Reminders
  • Tagging Action Persons
  • Managing time

Cons

  • Lack of complete integration with O365
  • The downfall was the lack of storage space for documents
  • Therefore some persons found it difficult to use as all info and data could not be managed on one platform

Wrike worked well in managing persons across the organization and managing varying tasks all at the same time. Where it didn't work well is not flagging persons for not completing tasks. Or finding a flag for the person's upline.
