What a Great Applicetion!
Overall Satisfaction with Wrike
We use Wrike to keep track of and schedule our assignments, which go out to multiple platforms with different needs and are touched by multiple team members. The request forms are great for working with people in other departments who typically do not use Wrike. It really helps me keep track of my assignments and keep in touch with my collaborators. My use case is fairly minor: I mostly mark off the status of projects that I'm working on. Sometimes I'll go in and edit the timeline if we run into an unforeseen delay or something of that nature.
Pros
- Organization
- Great Calendar View
- Communication with Collaborators
Cons
- None of the layouts make a whole lot sense to me, but they work well enough. Might just be me!
- some layouts look like word vomit, too much text/details
- customization feels a little clunky and unintuitive to me
- Keeps me and my team on deadline
- Keeps our team in touch and up to date on each others status
- Good for sharing documents and other files multiple people need
This is much better than On Air Pro. That software felt like it never left 2009; crashes, clunky, unintuitive, only worked on site in the office while connected to the company's servers. It can be easy to get lost in software like this, but you all do a great job of keeping it clean for the most part.
