Overall Satisfaction with Wrike
I use Wrike daily to manage projects and campaigns for my organization. Wrike has allowed me to set campaign and project goals using multi tier organization which was a problem we had using our old system. It also allows to hold other team members accountable for their role in the project and keeps everyone on task, so that tickets get solved in a timely matter. The sub-ticketing system is great as well as it allows the campaign to be managed with ease.
- Multi Tier Sub tasking
- Keeps projects moving, holding all assigned users to their task.
- Reminders of what projects and task are outstanding/overdue.
- Wrike needs to be in real time. As users don't see updates to task that requires their attention.
- Don't like that anyone can make changes to description/Task. ie, user can make change or change date, so they can say something was in description when on the onset it wasn't, causing frustration and animosity between users who are not always honest when they have dropped the ball.
- Gate keeping of how many users can be on the system. whole organization should be allowed to view tickets, even if they don't have the ability to change task. But should be allowed to provide feedback in the ticket.
- Wrike has worked extremely well for our department, it has kept us accountable and on track to complete projects by due date.
- Every aspect of the organization runs through Wrike, so any project/task that is not entered into Wrike is null and void. Wrike is our campaign realm that requires everyone to submit a ticket for the projects that require my expertise.
- Wrike organizes our projects in a way that has saved us countless hours. Time is money and Wrike is conducive to maintaining a steady workflow for all departments throughout our organization.
Multi level tiers and subtask was virtually non-existent in ZenDesk, Their bulleting system was horrible and task just welded together in long paragraphs that went on forever. It was too confusing and the only way to keep track was to print and highlight different parts of task to see what was completed and what was still outstanding.
