Use Cases and Deployment Scope

I tried it out on a curriculum development project I did once. We used it for a little while for project management and communication. There were about 10 of us on the project, and it helped keep everyone on track and on task. Definitely a useful tool, but it has a bit of a learning curve.

I wouldn’t recommend this for a very small group or a group without a lot of tech-savvy, but if you are working with a larger group, especially if you’re all doing different tasks with different deadlines, this can be a helpful tool for keeping track of everything everyone is doing.
