We used it for project management. It was supposed to help us work together on projects and help each person to know their role, deadlines, etc.

Pros

I did not find Wrike helpful.

Cons

In my opinion, it is difficult to navigate --it felt like it was so difficult to set up a project that it wasn't worth it to do so--time invested in setup didn't pay off in organization or tracking.
Wrike is not intuitive--hard to find what I needed.
It was not easy to download things into Excel and then have a usable spread.

Return on Investment

I felt the ROI had a negative impact because it was cumbersome to use, and it didn't really help our team work together.

I really didn't find it useful--trying to set up and track things was laborious, and it was not intuitive to use. I used the software for over a year, but it never got to the point where it was easy to use. Normally, once I get into using a particular software, I adapt to it, but Wrike didn't make organizational sense to me.
