Overall Satisfaction with Wrike

We used it for project management. It was supposed to help us work together on projects and help each person to know their role, deadlines, etc.

Pros

  • I did not find Wrike helpful.

Cons

  • In my opinion, it is difficult to navigate --it felt like it was so difficult to set up a project that it wasn't worth it to do so--time invested in setup didn't pay off in organization or tracking.
  • Wrike is not intuitive--hard to find what I needed.
  • It was not easy to download things into Excel and then have a usable spread.
  • I felt the ROI had a negative impact because it was cumbersome to use, and it didn't really help our team work together.
I haven't used any others.

I really didn't find it useful--trying to set up and track things was laborious, and it was not intuitive to use. I used the software for over a year, but it never got to the point where it was easy to use. Normally, once I get into using a particular software, I adapt to it, but Wrike didn't make organizational sense to me.
