Big and meaty, full of features. Not very intuitive.
Overall Satisfaction with Wrike
I run a lot of A/B tests on our website. Often it involves the involvement of several channel managers, designers, copywriters, and executives. Wrike helps me to plan out all the needed tasks, how much time each contributor needs, and when the A/B tests will be launched. I also use it to update the team on test performance and to let them know when the test is concluded.
Pros
- Project Planning.
- Documentation of the process and outcomes.
- Communication with a large and varied team so everyone is updated at once.
Cons
- I like my dashboard which has columns with different projects. But when I open a project and click the back button it defaults to a list view.
- This is a specific email to let you know which projects are past due. I know there is one, but it's too much info. A single email with a single issue would be better.
- My workflow always defaults to what I don't use, and I have to manually change it.
- Honestly, I am not sure. I don't have insight into the ROI of this type of software; I am simply a user.
- That being said, I am forgetful and I couldn't imagine working without it!
Wrike has more advanced features, but Jira is more user friendly. I didn't choose the software.
